Steve is the newest addition to the A&A Search Staffing team. With over 35 years of IT leadership experience, he understands the hiring challenges that face IT departments. As an industry veteran, he has been an early adopter of customer-facing technologies and processes which have helped organizations remain competitive. As a leader, he has hired hundreds of team members and mentored dozens more who have attained leadership roles. As a consultant, he has worked with IT organizations globally to help them understand that customer service is their competitive advantage. His industry background spans Biotech, Health Care—both payor and provider, Transportation, IT Services, and Energy.  He currently resides in Reading, MA with his wife Maureen.
